Terms of Service
Last updated: June 20, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Statement to Sheets (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
Statement to Sheets converts text-based bank statement PDFs into CSV and Excel files. The Service extracts data automatically and may not be perfectly accurate; you are responsible for reviewing extracted data before relying on it.
Your responsibilities
- You may only upload files that you have the right to use and process.
- You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it through unauthorized means.
- You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any converted data before using it for accounting, tax, or financial purposes.
Accuracy disclaimer
Automated extraction can produce errors, especially with unusual statement layouts. The Service is provided to assist you, not to replace professional judgment. We are not a financial, accounting, or tax advisor.
Intellectual property
You retain all rights to the files you upload and the data you export. We retain all rights to the Service itself, including its software and branding.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Statement to Sheets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any errors in extracted data.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
